Is this the right fit?

First Place–Phoenix is designed for individuals 18 and older with autism and/or other neurodiversities who:

  • Have a range of skills and abilities.
  • Can feed themselves (independently ingest food) without prompting.
  • Can dress and bathe without prompting.
  • Have the skills to independently manage their medications.
  • Have functional communication skills.
  • Can recognize and respond to an emergency or can learn and/or refine this skill.
  • Have independent toilet skills.
  • Have no violent or self-injurious behaviors.
  • Have no history of property destruction.

Complete and sign lease and supports agreement. Pay move-in fees.
